Alice leads a team of CFO and Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) professionals in the Czech Republic, focusing on digital technology, financial processes, treasury, transactional accounting, IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards. Alice is a certified FCCA accountant. For the CFO community, Alice has hosted the CFO Talks series for several years, where she and guests address current topics and news in the world of financial management.
Alice also leads EY Czech Republic Sustainability Business Services, focusing on setting ESG strategies for companies, sustainability reporting, decarbonisation strategies and advising on sustainable project finance.
Alice is also on the judging panel for the Social Responsibility Association's SDG Awards and a mentor in the Women in Management Odyssey and Femme Palette programmes.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and meeting friends, fashion, theatre, cinema and loves to travel.
Alice graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and started working in auditing right after graduation. She tried her hand at working in Canada and eventually moved to London in 2005 where she was one of the founding members of the EY FAAS department. In 2010, after returning to the Czech Republic, she founded the FAAS department in the EY Czech Republic, which has been successfully developing and has over 80 consultants in the Central EU region.
