Libor has been focusing on tax issues since 1994. He has been a Partner at EY since 2002. He has been CESA Transactions Tax Leader since 2016. He lectures tax and case law at the Prague University of Economics and publishes in professional journals.
Libor specializes in corporate income tax advisory, international tax planning, transaction structuring and transfer pricing advisory. He has a wide client portfolio, especially in the field of telecommunication services and manufacturing enterprises and continuously serves these clients in all tax matters.
Libor has an extensive experience with specific projects, such as mergers, acquisitions and various types of intra-group re-structuring with focus on international tax aspects.
Libor obtained his degree from Czech Technical University in Prague. He is a member of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors.
