Through this program you will get the opportunity to build a close relationship with our Strategy and M&A consultants, who will help you Accelerate to the next level through one-to-one mentorship.
EY-Parthenon Accelerate is a female-focused mentorship program that gives students unique insights into the world of Strategy and M&A consulting. The program unravels the different stages of our work - from shaping long-term corporate strategies, to partnering with private equity firms in identifying attractive opportunities, to ensuring successful carve-outs and integrations that create lasting value.
As part of the program, each participant is matched with a mentor to tailor guidance to specific interests within Strategy and M&A, ensuring that the experience is highly personal and relevant. This one-to-one mentorship forms the backbone of the program, providing participants with direct access to our consultants’ insights into the transaction cycle.
Beyond professional guidance, the mentorship also provides insight into the day-to-day life of a consultant, including personal experience and tips on navigating towards a career in Strategy and M&A consulting.
Alongside this mentorship aspect, participants engage in interactive workshop sessions and networking opportunities, gaining valuable knowledge, while also building meaningful connections with like-minded women.
The EY-Parthenon Accelerate mentorship program consists of three phases, which will run from February to April 2026.
Female 3rd year Bachelor’s and Master’s students from all educational backgrounds who are curious about Strategy and M&A consulting and want to learn more about the field.
