Sal Davy is a California-based Transaction Diligence partner within the EY Strategy and Transactions service line, where he focuses on financial due diligence for complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He advises clients throughout all phases of the transaction lifecycle with special focus on consumer products and retail clients. Sal has significant experience leading large global transactions helping his clients successfully drive their business strategy through inorganic means. Sal has spent significant time abroad, including living in London for four years as a part of Ernst & Young LLP in the UK.

Sal holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Purdue University and an MSA in Accountancy from Loyola University.
