Declan is EY Global Trade Leader in Indirect Tax. Throughout his 30 years with EY, he has worked in the US, India and the UK.
Having held leadership roles in EMEIA and the Americas, Declan previously headed the EY Global Tax Desk and led the Indian Outbound Tax practice.
Declan is primarily focused on advising organizations engaged in cross-border trading activities. He has worked extensively helping Fortune 500 companies to maximize the commercial and tax efficiency of their supply chains. Prior to joining EY, he spent 10 years in the Irish Revenue Commissioners as an Inspector of Taxes.
Declan earned a BS in Public Administration from Trinity College Dublin.
