As EY Asia-Pacific Talent Managing Partner, Bin oversees HR related functions and processes for more than 48,900 people, including around 1,900 partners, working across five Regions and 22 markets.

In addition, she is a member of the EY Asia-Pacific Area Operating Executive and the EY Global Talent Executive Committee.

Since joining EY in the US in 1990, she has developed her career as an HR professional with a number of talent leadership roles, including serving as EY Americas Pacific Southwest Sub-Area People Leader.

After returning to her native Shanghai in 2008, Bin served as a senior member of the EY Far East Area People leadership team and People Leader for the Greater China Region before taking on her current role in 2010.

She received a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and an MFA in Music from California Institute of the Arts.
