Within EU Member States, EY FRS performs follow up on filings and inform you on the status of the notification process. EY FRS can cover notifications of your fund in EU countries as well as in non-EU countries, irrespective of its country domicile.

  • Fund Maintenance

    A maintenance package including specific marketing documents needs to be prepared and submitted to the Host State regulators for all relevant amendments impacting the fund. EY FRS offers you the possibility to maintain your fund registration by liaising directly with the Host State regulators to comply with specific local laws and regulations.
