I’m part of the Europe West Tax Talent team directly working with the Europe West Tax Leadership. My key responsibilities are to identify Talent opportunities for our Tax population, providing the business with insights and providing Talent advice to help drive business performance.
I started at EY 20 years ago to build the Luxembourg Learning Department and contributed to various international learning initiatives, a clear competitive edge to my career.
