Grégoire is a Partner in our Luxembourg Strategy and Transactions service line.
Grégoire began his career in a Paris-based bank in 2006. Then, he joined the EY FSO SAT team in Paris in 2008 where he gained experience in the banking sector by assisting clients on due diligence across the world. In 2015, he moved to a leading Luxembourg Corporate Finance department before rejoining EY in 2021.
He has a deep experience in buy/sell-side due diligence, M&A services and strategic advisory in the financial sector (Private Banking, Life Insurance, Asset Management, Asset Servicing). He also assisted companies in other sectors (TMT, real estate, infrastructures…) on their acquisitions or divestments operations.
Grégoire graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Reims Management Business school in France and holds a DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) from France]. He is fluent in French and English.
