Lars is a Tax Partner in the International and Transaction Tax department at EY Luxembourg, focusing on M&A transaction support for private equity clients.
Prior to joining EY Luxembourg, Lars worked in similar roles at EY Germany and EY US (Transaction Tax Desk). Before EY, he held various international and transactional tax positions, within both Big4 firms and in international Investment Banks.
He was educated and professionally trained both, in Germany and the UK. In addition, he diversified his tax skills with a qualification in Islamic Finance to support his clients in this evolving space.
Alongside his professional qualifications, Lars is a graduate of the University of Brighton, Business School and holds a master’s degree from CCLS, Queen Mary University of London.
