Per is a Partner in the Luxembourg ITTS practice, specializing in Private Equity with a focus on the Nordics.
He joined EY in 2005, and joined the Transaction Tax team in 2011 after having been seconded a year to the Luxembourg tax desk in Chicago, USA.
Per holds a law degree from Lund University, Sweden and holds a diploma in Luxembourg taxation. He speaks Swedish, English, French and is conversational in German, Norwegian and Danish.
He is specialized in Private Equity fund, alternative investment fund buy-side, sell-side projects and assisting Multinationals in cross border transactions. He also manages fund structuring, including GP and carry structuring and organization of flows with Manco / AIFM.

By having and applying knowledge and awareness of clients’ businesses and business agenda, coupled with deep tax technical knowledge provides a springboard to ask better questions to clients. Per is also engaged in discussions with clients on topics not focusing on tax but on business, regulatory and macroeconomic factors leading to more interesting discussions and problem-solving exercises.
