How Viktoriia is shaping the future with confidence
“I lead complex decarbonization projects in hydrogen and sustainable fuels, directly advising governments, financial institutions and industry leaders. I’ve developed market entry strategies, structured large-scale investment cases, and helped clients navigate regulatory uncertainty across Europe and emerging markets. I also coach and mentor a diverse team, fostering cross-regional collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
By translating technical and policy complexity into actionable solutions, I support clients in making future-proof decisions that balance innovation, sustainability and bankability. For me, building a better working world means helping enable real impact — from project pipeline to policy implementation — while creating space for people around me to grow and lead.”
