Contributing to develop and consolidate our internal audit practice is Wafa’s daily commitment. She is Partner in charge of our internal audit services within our Extended Assurance practice.
Wafa joined EY 12 years ago within our Advisory practice. Wafa used to manage regulatory and process and controls related transformation projects. Her versatile background is a great asset to our clients in developing sound and leading governance practices.
She is deeply passionate about governance and how it can help organizations reach their business objectives while staying on the safe regulatory side.
Wafa studied in Lyon (Lumière Lyon II University) and in Frankfurt (Goethe Uni) and earned a Master’s degree in valuation and financial engineering of M&A transactions.
She is fluent in English, French and German and enjoys a casual conversation in Italian.
