EY AIF Club – Online training program dedicated to carried interest and waterfall models

The objective is to explain, with relevant examples, the concept of carried interest, the different types of carried interest models and the accounting treatment under Lux GAAP and IFRS. The session will also cover the most common mistakes involving the calculation of carried interest and their impact over the financial statements

The training material has been developed selecting straightforward examples that make clear points about key terms including waterfall, claw back, hurdle rate and catch-up rate. The content is specifically designed to include questions, exercises, discussions and case studies in order to give the opportunity for the participants to process the information they receive, and for us to determine how well they understand it.

Fee quote:

In order to ensure that this course is of the highest quality, we have decided to levy a fee of €650 per participant in order to cover the cost of the course materials. Early bird rate will be €550 (applicable if registration is made by 10 March 2024).

Fees are subject to 17 % VAT. 

Participation and registration:

The training will be held online. The connection link will be sent to you as the training will approach. The course attendees will be limited to a maximum of 30 people to ensure an effective training delivery.

This event is usually fully booked and pre-registration is required. If you wish to register, please provide the following information in the registration form:

  1. Complete professional contact details
  2. Your job title and organization
  3. Billing details including name of recipient, email address, business address and VAT number 


Registration conditions

Your registration is valid for yourself or one delegate only. 

Confirmation and payment

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration to the registrant.

The invoice will be prepared and sent by email to the billing contact provided during the registration process. Our team may contact you for any additional information required for invoicing purposes. Please be informed that this procedure could take a few days. Please note that the invoice is due to paid immediately on receipt and latest by the day of training.  


Cancellations

Must be made in writing and sent to Romane Contignon. If the cancellation is received 7 business days before the training day, the registration fee will be reimbursed in full. For cancellations received after this date, or if registrants fail to attend, the full cost is due and no refund will be made.
