EY launches Broadening Access

EY is supporting the next generation with a program that offers equal opportunities for career development, equipping them to be ready for the Future of Work.

In our efforts to nurture and support the next generation, EY has recently launched a new flagship program called Broadening Access.

In line with our commitment towards advancing social equity and inclusive growth, the program aims to create a broader talent pool of individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds who will be supported with equal opportunities for career development, equipping them to be ready for the Future of Work.

These individuals include but are not limited to those, who are

• First in the family to attend university
• Facing financial hardships
• Growing up in a low-income household 

Successful applicants of this program will have the opportunity to develop his or her career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. We will provide participants with real work, clients and experiences. Participants will also get a sense of the EY culture and values and start to build the career they desire.
