The Malaysia Talent Team organizes various initiatives as part of EY commitment to support the wellbeing of its people so they can bring their best self to work every day.

At EY, we believe that supporting flexibility helps our people meet their personal and professional goals and emboldens them to be more purposeful. 

To support the wellbeing of EY people, the Malaysia Talent Team rolled out various initiatives including the recent launch of MYWellbeing@EY Flipbook which aims to provide an overview of the holistic wellbeing offering available at EY.

In efforts to nurture and build a culture of teaming, inclusion and belonging in this new normal, the team has also introduced the MYWellbeing@EY: Living the inclusive work culture campaign in May 2021. This campaign aims to create employee wellbeing experiences that encourage healthy choices.

As part of the year-long MYWellbeing campaign which rolled out earlier this year, EY is running a series of virtual talks in collaboration with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on various wellbeing-related topics including stress, fatigue and anxiety. EY people are also encouraged to reach out to the EAP provider should they require professional help.

Other campaign initiatives were the People Advisory Services (Tax) Team Wellbeing Day and the Assurance Recharge Week. Throughout this campaign, EY people were encouraged to share with their experiences on how they take care of their wellbeing and balance their personal and professional aspirations, to inspire and support their teams to do the same.
