Dato’ Chevy Beh is the Group Managing Director of BP Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd.
Initially, a dormant company in the BP Healthcare Group founded by Dato’ Chevy’s father, BP Diagnostic Centre became active in 2009 after Dato’ Chevy joined the Group.
Dato’ Chevy officially took the helm of BP Diagnostic Centre in 2009 and under his leadership, sales increased dramatically. He introduced innovative business models to provide affordable quality healthcare and rolled out BP’s own brand of products and medical devices. Dato’ Chevy has also been the driver behind the expansion of the company’s business and the introduction of new services. Today, the company operates 50 diagnostic centres, each of which operates as a one-stop centre for health checks, and employs over 1,000 people, over 70% of whom are professionals from the health and medical services.
Community service is an important part of Dato’ Chevy’s mission. He has introduced programmes to support and serve the community, including sending specialists to conduct free health screenings and educate the public through health talks.
In 2012, Dato’ Chevy was awarded the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards. He was also invited to be a panellist and speaker in the Forbes Healthcare Conference in New York in 2012 and 2013.
