Mark Koh co-founded Supahands Dotcom Sdn Bhd (Supahands) in 2014 to help companies automate and scale their business processes by engaging a distributed workforce. Supahands works with businesses worldwide by tackling their data-heavy processes such as content moderation, data transcription and preparing training data for machine-learning initiatives. This is done through the curation of an elastic, cloud-based workforce across South East Asia – known as SupaAgents.
After three years, Supahands introduced a suite of proprietary products to streamline the management of a virtual workforce of over 1,500 people. This included a platform that automates and distributes work to the SupaAgents, giving everybody a fair chance to work and earn.
A visionary leader and an independent thinker, Mark has contributed to a 200% compounded annual growth rate of Supahands since its shift in focus to the enterprise space in 2016.
