Ravi has over 25 years of combined experience in financial services and consulting, leading successful business transformations for large banks, insurers and asset managers globally. He specializes in digital strategy, technology architecture and operating model development, and has advised both incumbents and digital challengers.
Ravi has built large multi-disciplinary teams and led significant engagements in the areas of business transformation and digital strategy transformation, next generation optimization, business process re-engineering and outsourcing, and change management.
Over the last couple of years, he led the development of the digital banking value proposition and technology operating model for incumbent banks and digital banking aspirants, leading to a successful digital banking license award.
Prior to joining EY, Ravi led several major digital and technology-led transformations in one of the world’s largest banks, leading to marked improvements in revenue, customer experience and productivity.
