Donato is leading a Consulting practice of over 60,000 people from across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. Additionally, he is also responsible for the operations and growth of the Consulting practice in the Europe West region.
In a career spanning over two decades in the global EY organization, Donato has held a range of senior positions taking the lead on several large transformation projects in both private and public sector organization with a focus on organizational transformation, business innovation, technology, people and change management.
Donato is an economics graduate and holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology and Social Neuroscience from the Sapienza University of Rome (Sapienza Universita di Roma).
