T-Plus Consulting joins EY Korea, expanding EY-Parthenon strategic consulting services

Ernst & Young Hanyoung (EY Korea) announced today that Tangible Plus, Inc. (T-Plus Consulting), a strategy consulting firm based in Seoul, Korea, has joined EY Korea with a view of expanding EY-Parthenon strategic consulting services. The addition of T-Plus Consulting aligns to a shared global ambition to create long-term value for EY clients, people and society.

T-Plus Consulting brings an impressive client base and a 20-year track record of success in generating return by providing consulting services to clients. The firm focuses on providing advice on business growth, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), new business and value creation strategies to numerous corporate and private equity clients across the consumer, retail, healthcare, waste, robotics and industrial goods industries.

With the addition of T-Plus Consulting, EY-Parthenon will expand its strategy-focused offerings in the B2C and B2B industries in South Korea. The increased capabilities and capacity will support the competitive position of EY Korea strategy and consulting offerings, particularly in relation to M&A and value creation strategies for acquiring companies.
