Ann Shen is the Tax Services Partner of Ernst & Young. She can always think in client’s shoe with her extensive experience in assurance and tax services, including her experience as a CFO of a company.

Ann focuses on serving companies from hi-tech, manufacturing, biotechnology and finance industries for advisory and applications on corporate investment structure framework, capital formation and planning, corporation restructuring and tax incentives.

She also specializes in serving foreign companies in Taiwan for accounting, compensation and relevant services.

Ann graduated from St. Thomas University as Master of International Management.

How Ann is building a better working world

Ann’s extensive experience allows her to participate in the discussion of several law amendments and government processes. These include reviewing the reporting processes of FIA and Taiwan enterprises investing in China for the Investment Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs, review on anti-corruption regulations for Council of Economic Planning and Development, Legislative Yuan, as well as review on business regulations for the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Ann also serves as key member of several industry organizations such as Vice Chairperson of Legal Affairs Committee in the National Federation of CPA Associations and Supervisor of Association for Research and Development of Corporate Organization, Taiwan.
