Charlie Hsieh is the Partner of Ernst & Young’s Assurance Services, specializing in accounting and auditing for multinational corporates after the public offering. He also leads the audits of tax certificates, internal control, and risk capital of insurance companies.
Charlie has advised various overseas capital raising projects for financial institutions. He also serves as an advisor of the financial market and regulatory research, as well as due diligence for corporates M&A.
Charlie is the Bachelor and Master of Accounting of National Taiwan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan and the US.
