Gunther is the Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Management Consulting GmbH, Austria and the leader of the local financial services sector. He has a strong track record in auditing, as well as consulting.
Gunther started his career at EY in 1996. In 2011, he was promoted to Head of Advisory Services in Austria. In addition to his technical background in advisory, auditing and tax consulting, he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager and the leader of the professional committee for IT at the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisers and Public Accountants.
For more than 20 years, Gunther has been supporting the transformation journey of national and international financial services institutions in Austria.
He completed his studies in Business Information at the Vienna Technical University.
