Joy Chang is the Assurance Services Partner of Ernst & Young. She has extensive experience in auditing for listed companies in Taiwan, MNCs and SMEs from a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, life science, real estate and retail.

Joy focuses on project audits for multinational groups, also with considerable experience in IPO advisory for unlisted public companies and IFRS transition. She embraces the digital era by advocating digitalization in auditing.

Joy graduated in Accounting from Fu Jen Catholic University.
