KuoShuai is sophisticated in advising clients on IPO readiness at Taiwan and Euro-Convertible Bond (ECB) issuance at Singapore. He also participated in auditing multinational groups and helping overseas Taiwanese companies to return for listing.
KuoShuai holds a bachelor’s degree in Department of Economics and a master’s degree in Department of International Business from National Chengchi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and qualified as an internal auditor in Taiwan. He also passed the CPA exam in the U.S.
