Silvia Hernandez
EY GSA Future of Work Now Leader
Silvia Hernandez is a partner in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young GmbH, based in Stuttgart. She leads the development and services of the EY Future of Work Now initiative in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Silvia works with global organizations in designing transformational programs aimed at creating agile, flexible and resilient professionals who are capable of thriving in the digital economy.
Silvia was born and raised in Spain, and she has spent the past 25 years studying and working overseas. After graduating from the University of Leon and Manchester Metropolitan University, she obtained an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and has recently completed Advanced Strategy Executive Education at INSEAD Business School.
She is a frequent speaker at public events such as TEDx, Future Forum Europe, Oxford Analytica’s Global Horizons, Blue Prism World and many more.
