Reward student opportunities

In Reward, you’ll help organisations review, restructure and redesign their total rewards whilst you build your career.

What is Reward?

The Reward team helps organisations to solve complex reward problems and develop equitable, strategically aligned, and people-focussed reward propositions. Through reward, we seek to fairly recognise the contributions of individuals and groups, and their critical impact on broader business success.
You’ll help organisations review, restructure and redesign their total rewards — encompassing both financial and non-financial rewards – with a view to ensuring reward offerings can attract, motivate, and retain the right people for their business.

Your career journey in Reward

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a Reward graduate, you’ll take part in:

  • Formal and informal training sessions such as lunch and learn sessions, technical training sessions and on the job learning
  • Attendance at our ‘graduate camp’ to provide an opportunity to build your network and receive training on technical and soft skills relevant for consulting

As a intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Reward teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Intern Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
