Nicola helps financial institutions to prevent and detect Financial Crime. She leads a team who combine industry, consultancy, and legal expertise to deliver value to her clients within the financial services sector. She has over 15 years’ international experience in the banking industry, having worked with banks in New Zealand, the UK, Europe and the US.

Nicola specialises in helping her clients to effectively manage evolving financial crime risks and to remediate backlogs and breaches. She designs and delivers programmes that are reliable, effective, and business focused. She helps organisations create a financial crime compliance culture that ensures the best outcomes for the communities that we live in.

Nicola has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in French and Economics from the University of Surrey. She spends her time outside of work keeping up with her two young children and enjoys eating out with her husband and friends.
