Georgi Nikolov has been the Chief Financial Officer of Dreamix since mid‑2022, following a ten‑year career in corporate banking, during which he worked for two of the largest international financial institutions in the country – UniCredit Bulbank and DSK Bank.
Georgi is the first CFO of the company, and since his arrival Dreamix has grown more than threefold – from EUR 7.250 million in revenue at the end of 2021 to EUR 22.538 million at the end of 2025, while at the same time significantly improving its profitability, with the EBITDA margin increasing by nearly 70%.
Under Georgi’s leadership, the company’s finance function has been built in line with global best practices, and Dreamix has also launched its M&A activities, first acquiring PS Interactive at the beginning of 2023, and later going through a sale transaction itself - becoming part of the US company Synechron, one of the global leaders in the software sector with annual revenues of USD 1.2 billion.
Georgi is currently leading the integration of Dreamix into Synechron’s finance function, which includes the successful implementation of Oracle software for accounting purposes, as well as enhancing financial reporting and aligning it with the Group’s standards to meet NASDAQ public‑company requirements - as a future IPO on NASDAQ is among Synechron’s next strategic goals.
