EY supported Logistic Centre – Varna in securing EUR 50 mln. loan from EIB for development of a new grain terminal near Varna

EY supported Logistic Centre – Varna in negotiating a EUR 50 mln. funding from the European Investment Bank for development of a new port terminal which would optimize the grain and bulk supply chains across Northern Bulgaria. The new port would promote less carbon intensive marine transportation and boost the economic growth in the region. EY supported the endeavor by developing a financial model and business plan, and by assessing the socio-economic impact of the project.
EY Bulgaria supported Beijer Ref (publ) as their financial and tax advisor in reaching the agreement for acquisition of 70% of Condex

EY Bulgaria supported Beijer Ref (publ) as their financial and tax advisor in reaching the agreement for acquisition of 70% of Condex, a leading Bulgarian HVAC distributor.
EY Bulgaria advised Zoo Group Stefanov in maximizing the value of the deal with Pet Network International

Zoo Group Stefanov (ZGS) completed a deal with Pet Network International. EY Bulgaria advised ZGS in maximizing the deal value.
Oiltanking GmbH has entered into an agreement to sell its 91.1% stake in the liquid storage terminal in Varna to Astra Finance AD

The sale is subject to customary third-party approvals and completion is expected by the end of Q1 2023.

EY is pleased to announce that the team of EY Bulgaria acted as exclusive sell-side advisor of Oiltanking GmbH and supported the seller for a smooth and competitive process.
EY Bulgaria advised 52 Entertainment on its acquisition of Casualino

EY Bulgaria advised 52 Entertainment, a worldwide leader on bridge online on its acquisition of Casualino, a Bulgarian-based gaming development studio.
EY supported Integral Venture Partners as their financial advisor in acquiring 76% of Sirma AI

Integral Venture Partners acquired 76% of Sirma AI (traded as Ontotext).

EY Bulgaria's team introduced Integral to Ontotext and supported Integral as their financial advisor in reaching the agreement for the acquisiton of Ontotext. The transaction value of the deal exceeded EUR 30 m.
EY Bulgaria and EY Belgium advised KBC Group on its acquisition of Raiffeisen Bank (Bulgaria) EAD

KBC Group acquires the Bulgarian division of Raiffeisen Bank International. EY Bulgaria is part of the biggest deal in the country for 2021 - 1 billion euros. EY Bulgaria and EY Belgium were a finance and tax consultant for KBC Group.
EY Bulgaria and EY Belgium were the financial, actuarial and tax advisor to KBC Group in the acquisition of NN Pension Insurance Company EAD and NN Insurance Co. Ltd. - Sofia Branch

EY Bulgaria is proud to be a part of a landmark deal with a transaction of 77.7 million euros.
