Guéric is an EY-Parthenon Partner at the Strategy and Transactions practice and is based out of Paris.
Originally trained as a teacher, he earned a doctorate in public law and is qualified to teach in economics and management, having studied at ENS Cachan and the University of Paris X - Nanterre. He has worked extensively in administration, particularly at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Budget and Public Accounts, where he served as head of department at the Directorate General for State Modernization.
Having worked in major public transformations, he supports state and decentralized administrations as well as public operators in diversifying their revenues, optimizing their expenditures, digitizing administrations, and improving the efficiency of public policies.
