In her current role Ralitsa is responsible for a portfolio of clients for which various accounting and tax compliance functions are performed. Most common of which are: set up of the accounting function, management and performance of full accounting, tax, group and statutory reporting and payroll functions for clients thus enabling them to concentrate on their core businesses and achieve their goals and better working world.
Some of Ralitsa’s major projects include localization of major ERP systems, full accounting and tax compliance for major energy infrastructure projects and accounting function setups in the Pharma sector.
