Stilyana has over 7 years of extensive experience in various aspects of taxation of local companies and multinational groups, including corporate income tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing. She has provided numerous tax advisory and compliance services to companies in various industries, such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT and more.
Stilyana has also participated in a number of tax due diligence and M&A projects. In addition, she has dealt with both local and international tax structuring projects.
Prior to joining EY in 2018, she gained experience as part of the tax team of another renowned Big 4 company.
Stilyana holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Sofia University and master’s degree in Finance at Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
