Veronika has extensive experience in Intellectual Property, Privacy and Digital law. She advised clients with diverse scope of activity, such as IT service providers, media companies as well some of the major global digital advertising agencies.
She has participated in multijurisdictional legal due diligences and M&A transactions both in Bulgaria and in Spain.
Prior to joining EY, Veronika worked in one of the leading law firms in Madrid- ECIJA, and as in-house legal counsel for Southern Europe of the technology group Ingram Micro.
Veronika holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as a Master's degree in Law from both Sofia University and the International University of La Rioja in Spain. Additionally, she has completed an executive education program in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law at IE University in Madrid.

I have a deep-seated passion for intellectual property, and I also aim to integrate my environmental interests into my professional life. My proficiency in English, Spanish and Bulgarian allows me to connect with and effectively support a diverse clientele, including startups and companies driving innovation. In essence, my main goal is to contribute to a better and more sustainable working world.
