EY Law boosts enterprise legal services with appointment of Santosh Singh as EY Legal Managed Services Delivery Leader

EY today announces the appointment of Santosh Singh as EY Global Legal Managed Services Delivery Leader. Singh will be responsible for expanding Legal Managed Services capabilities, as the EY enterprise legal services business continues on a path of rapid growth.

Singh joins EY Law from global health care company, Novartis, where he spent more than three years leading the business’ legal and compliance service delivery teams. He has also held various leadership roles with other high-profile organizations including Axiom, Infosys, Dell and Intec.

Singh brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy; service delivery; program and change management; and sales across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services and media. During the course of his career, Singh has established a significant track record in building and running legal managed services and compliance departments, and in implementing global delivery models and technology to drive transformation.

In his new role, Singh will be focused on further expanding EY Legal Managed Service delivery capabilities around the world, including market leading processes and technology already deployed by EY teams. He will oversee teams across 12 locations, spanning seven countries, covering more than 15 languages and providing 24/7 service.
