Otávio Bachir is an economist, holds an MBA, and is a partner at EY. A specialist in Transactions and in Capital Agenda, Otávio leads the transactions and financial services practices for the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecom (TMT) and Education areas in Brazil. He has been working at EY for 15 years, a period during which he led several services for different industries, having consulted for hundreds of clients on subjects related to corporate finance and transactions.
Among his achievements, he was in charge of creating the Analytics and the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) teams for the Transactions area of EY in South America – a region in which he also led, during five years, the financial modeling area. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
