Renato Kurnik has over 35 years of consulting experience focused on IT. During this period, he worked with large corporations – many of which market leaders – from the finance, banking, mining, telecoms, higher education, and, primarily, retail, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Renato is a business administrator specialized in industrial business management. He has also dedicated several years to sharing his knowledge at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP), where he taught systems analysis.
As EY lead partner for Technology Transformation in Brazil, he coordinates the IT Strategy, IT Governance, and Cloud Computing practices, in addition to several other services related to IT Transformation. He is highly skilled in managing, overseeing, running and controlling projects, in addition to being well versed in negotiation practices both in local and international environments.
Renato has already coordinated global projects, including SAP implementation and rollout engagements. He has ample experience in several areas, including the definition of organizational structures, entrepreneurial architecture, functional team management, team building, portfolio and budget management, transformation management, and partnership development.
