Requirements

• Chinese full-time college students to graduate in the coming year pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in all disciplines
• Willing to develop in the professional services field
• Outstanding academic background, good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Japanese N1 is a plus to apply for positions in Japan business services
• Excellent problem solving, teaming and organizational skills
• Experience or knowledge in the following areas would be preferable:
  • Experience in visualizing and presenting data for stakeholders using tools such as: Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge in statistical computer languages (R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.) in analyzing large volume of data sets

Elite Program

EY is committed to building a high-performing team and providing a broad development platform for outstanding graduates.

For students who have received EY full-time offer (Staff Accountant 1), they will have the opportunity to accelerate their promotion and join EY at a higher position (Staff Accountant 2) before graduation by participating in multiple internships in the same service line as the full-time offer and meeting the required internship hours with excellent performance.

Requirements:

Students who have received EY full-time offer (Staff Accountant 1) in Assurance, Tax or FSO Consulting and have not yet commenced their tenure at EY.

Recruitment process

Based on the internship recruitment needs of the Assurance, Tax and FSO Consulting teams, we will send an Elite Program invitation email to students who have received EY full-time offer (Staff Accountant 1). Students do not have to apply by themselves.

EY Young Tax Professional of the Year

EY Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) is an international competition designed to reward and foster the next generation of tax leaders. We offer participants insightful and engaging programming, allowing them to learn new skills, meet other young professionals, network with EY tax leaders around the world, challenge themselves and showcase their own talents.

The 10 finalists in Greater China will have the chance to receive a cash award and paid internship or conditional offer of employment with EY member firms in Greater China. The winner will represent Greater China to the global final and push on for higher honors.

• Full-time university students in all majors
• Excellent GPA score with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

EY Consulting Challenge Cup

EY teams in Greater China are proud to hold the Consulting Challenge Cup competition series. The event is designed to attract talents with great potential from diverse fields and serves as a launching pad for university students to kickstart their career, providing an ideal platform for more innovative and technical professionals. As of 2023, we have successfully held two sessions of the EY Consulting Challenge Cup: Hackathon Competition.

The event aims to help more young students achieve their career aspirations, unleash their potential, seek career progress and ultimately build a better working world.

The winner and the first and second runner-up are awarded cash prizes and full-time positions with the EY Consulting team. The top 10 finalists will have the opportunity to receive a paid internship with the team.
