Ann is a Director at EY Financial Services Risk Management, specializing in credit risk, operational risk, capital measurement and regulatory reporting. With 15 years of experience in financial risk management, she has led key regulatory reform projects for Hong Kong banks, including IFRS 9 implementation, Basel III reforms and IRRBB adoption.
