Ann is a Director at EY Financial Services Risk Management, specializing in credit risk, operational risk, capital measurement and regulatory reporting. With 15 years of experience in financial risk management, she has led key regulatory reform projects for Hong Kong banks, including IFRS 9 implementation, Basel III reforms and IRRBB adoption. Her practice extends to regulatory compliance, assisting financial institution clients in building SFC-aligned suitability frameworks covering product risk assessment, customer profiling and suitability matching.
Ann also devises data governance initiatives, helping entities establish end-to-end governance frameworks and data lineage flows. By enhancing standards, strengthening quality controls and boosting data application capabilities, including auto-reporting and visualization, she drives data value realization and regulatory synergy.
Ann holds a Master’s degree in Information and Technology Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
