Cynthia has over 20 years of business management consulting experience. She is a member of the Management Accounting Consulting Specialist, Ministry of Finance (MOF).
Cynthia has first-hand experience in working with various clients in developing their decarbonization roadmap and supporting them on expediting their ESG journey through digital transformation. She is an active opinion leader in energy transition.
She also has rich experience in providing services to state-owned enterprises (SOE), mainly focusing on digital transformation planning, financial digital transformation and implementation, and data governance, specifically including group business model planning, control architecture design, financial performance management, financial sharing and outsourced services.
How Cynthia is building a better working world?
Being a responsible community member, Cynthia actively participates in EY activities. She is a key member of the special task force on decarbonization, which published the bestseller book A path guide to carbon neutrality.
She has also leveraged the technological advantages of EY and developed an ESG data analysis tool to help the public understand the key messages in ESG reports published by listed companies in China.
