With two decades of experience in providing professional services for cross-border M&A projects, she has been helping foreign companies and private equity firms expand their investment in China, and advising Chinese companies on their investment and M&A overseas.

Erica’s expertise includes due diligence, M&A negotiation, financing and working capital, accounting and account settlement. She has been involved in hundreds of cross-border M&A projects across a wide range of industries: manufacturing, automobile, fast moving consumer goods, high-tech, media, education and health care.
