Michael also specializes in audit, business advisory and financing, providing state-owned enterprises, foreign companies and private companies with advisory and audit services relating to IPOs, acquisitions and restructuring.
In addition, Michael is EY Greater China Managing Partner of Private Equity and Venture Capital Audit Service, providing professional services to investment funds and related companies.
