Sky is the Hong Kong Leader of Financial Services Risk Management, focusing on financial risk management, including derivatives modeling, collateral management, market risk, RRP, ALM and related regulatory reporting. With approximately 25 years of experience, he has spearheaded initiatives related to IFRS 9, Basel III reforms/FRTB, IRRBB adoption and IBOR transitions. Sky also heads the Banking and Capital Market team in Hong Kong, focusing on supporting solutions and client relationships across EY service lines. Besides leading engagements for local and international clients in Hong Kong, he actively serves clients in Macau, Taiwan and various ASEAN countries.
Sky holds a Master of Quantitative Finance from the University of Technology Sydney. He graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with BBA (Hon) in Operations Management and Finance. He is a CFA charterholder, HKICPA member and FRM certified.
