Tony has more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance services to clients in high-tech, life science, mining, and manufacturing sectors.
His expertise includes IPOs and restructuring for Chinese enterprises with a profound understanding in International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Tony is familiar with capital market regulations, helping Chinese enterprises go public on the stock exchanges in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the US.
Tony is also a member of the Listing Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
