As the EY Asia-Pacific People Advisory Services Mobility Leader, Jason helps multinational organizations with complex mobility, tax, social security and immigration challenges. In particular, he provides support to Asia-Pacific-based companies to transform their mobility programs.

Jason has 25 years of rich working experience. His skills include cross-border tax planning, mobility policy and process advisory, share incentive scheme design and planning, executive compensation, pre-IPO planning for founders and executives, etc. His career has included postings in Los Angeles, London, Shanghai and Beijing.

Jason is a frequent speaker for various large-scale seminars on taxation and mobile talent management. He often presents as a guest lecturer at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance and Peking University Guanghua School of Management.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Business Taxation from Golden Gate University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University.
