How Karyn is building a better working world

“I’m working to help build an inclusive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging at EY. Only when people feel that they belong at work, can they truly thrive – providing the strongest leadership, collaboration, innovation and value to clients and their teams.

I’m actively listening to many voices and perspectives and learning from them, providing sponsorship, mentoring and building awareness. I proactively use my seat at the leadership table to create more equitable systems, processes, decisions and opportunities around all corners of our EY world.

As the world continues to offer more challenges and stresses, I’m also working with our clients, communities and stakeholders to build stronger, more resilient and inclusive ecosystems.”
