Søren has 20 years of experience in all aspects of M&A, working mainly with large Danish based corporates with disposals and acquisitions across the world, and selected Private Equity funds with focus on the Nordics.
Søren is a state authorized public accountant and holds a MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Søren is co-author of the book ‘Due Diligence in practice’ (in Danish) which examines the financial and legal aspects of M&A.
