EY advised shareholders of Logistikas in the company’s sale to Logent

Logent AB (“Logent”) has acquired Logistikas Oy (“Logistikas”), a leading provider of industrial logistics services.

Logistikas, a leading Finnish industrial logistics company, offers local logistics, in-house logistics and immediate-proximity warehousing services, logistics expert services and comprehensive procurement services. The company operates in 10 locations in Finland, both at its own logistics centres and at customer premises responsible for in-house logistics. In the financial period 2022, net sales were EUR 31.8 million and EBITDA was EUR 2.4 million

Logent is a Swedish logistics company backed by Stirling Square Capital Partners. The company’s services include Warehouse Management, Transport Management and Customs, Port and Combined Terminals, Staffing Services and Consulting Services. Logent has grown to a turnover of about SEK 2.2 billion and employs approximately 3,000 people. As a Nordic contract logistics expert, Logent offers a strong foundation for the further development of Logistikas’ business.
