EY Finland was accepted as a member of the UN Global Compact community in April 2024.

The UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. As a member of the Global Compact community, EY is committed to also following the UN's Sustainable Development Goals in its operations.

"I am pleased with the membership in the UN Global Compact community. The membership strengthens EY's expertise around important themes such as diversity, equity, and inclusion" says Salla Jonkka, EY Finland's Corporate Sustainability Lead.

The UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 20,000 companies and more than 3,000 non-business signatories based in over 160 countries committed to it. In Finland, there are over 230 members in the UN Global Compact.
